  5. Monitor carrier performance against expectations.
  6. Prepare certificates of insurance.
  7. Review and verify accuracy of premium audits.
  8. Provide annual Policy Summaries of Coverage.
  9. Monitor and Manage pending claims.
  10. Conduct annual renewal update meetings with client.
  11. Assist with allocation of premiums.
  12. Verify Experience Modifications.
