Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA):
This is a great place to start if you have questions related to recent news,
regulations and safety information. You can also access links to the

CSA 2010:
This site covers the new Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 initiative,
containing news and any new updates to the program. It also contains
training materials for management and drivers. Click on the Outreach &

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration FMCSA Portal:
In April, the FMCSA announced that motor carriers would have the ability to
access the new Safety management System (SMS). This website takes
information from the current SafeStat system and puts it into the SMS,
giving a preview of how the information will be consolidated and
interpreted. When first visiting this site, you will be asked to register
for a portal account to obtain this preview. This registration is free.

Pre-Employment Screening Program:
The new Pre-Employment Screening Program website is up and running. With a
signed release from a potential driver, this site will enable motor carriers
to obtain a driver's previous roadside inspection data for the last three
years, along with DOT recordable accidents for the past five years.
Registration is also required. www.psp.fmcsa.dot.gov
